Gen 6:2-4
That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose. There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown.

Q - Are the sons of God men or Angels?
A - Luke 20:36 makes it clear that angels neither marry nor are given in marriage. Although angels are sometimes referred to in scripture as sons of God most of the verses including this one is referring to God's people as the sons of God. (Rom 8:14) For all who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God.
